Civil jurisdiction

The Supreme Court has unlimited civil jurisdiction and has no lower limit of $250,000.

From 1 November 2010, the Magistrates Court will have jurisdiction to $150,000, the District Court to $750,000, and only claims above this limit should be commenced in the Supreme Court. However, there is no lower limit as this article suggests. List of notable judges

This looks very ugly, and while noting I did just add a judge to the list (who I think is at least as notable as the others listed), this could probably be improved. Maxxisti (talk) 08:27, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
