The article includes this sentence regarding the 1920s: "Furthermore, the Qing government prevented them from borrowing from abroad, despite the fact that the government itself was taking foreign loans at the time." This cannot be right; the Qing government was overthrown in 1912. So what is the government here? Hmains03:59, 28 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
