Mrweatherbee 02:24, 16 March 2007 (UTC) has argued that Synthetic natural gas should link to Renewable natural gas, but not completely redirect. He adds that there is significant interest, for example, in coal-based synthetic natural gas produced from synthesis gas, which is far from what could be considered renewable.Reply

However, I disagree. Coal-based natural gas is covered in Coal_gasification and the Synthetic natural gas page should be merged here with a re-direct. Incrediblehunk 14:49, 19 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Propane/Air mixtures

edit

"Synthetic Natural Gas" redirects here, but that term is frequently used to mean something quite different: a mixture of propane and air that closely replicates the energy content and burning characteristics of natural gas. https://algas-sdi.com/resources/more-about-transportable-gases/what-is-propane-air — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.161.67.209 (talk) 21:18, 7 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
