I have removed the potential copyvio notice. While this article is virtually identical to this page on the website of William Porquet, this is almost certainly a case of backwards copyvio. This article has existed in draft form on Wikipedia since 2010 at User:Wporquet/Stuart Hamilton and the web page shows all the hallmarks of the standard Wikipedia article structure. Having said that, I am going to tag this article for multiple issues, not the least of which are the poor referencing, promotional language, and unencylopedic personal commentary.
