Fair use rationale for Image:Strauss.png

Image:Strauss.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

"Fromenchenko" and "Leema"

It is a very interesting phrase, Elite was founded in the 1920's in Latvia by Eliyahu Fromenchenko and his brother Leonid Isaacovich Fromenchenko as chocolate factory Leema:

1. Most sources spell the founder's name as Fromchenko.
2. There is no such factory as Leema in Riga. The name is Laima. The company itself regards Theodor Riegert as its founder. It looks like Fromchenko with his partner(s) purchased an existing factory in 1920s and gave it a new brand name, Laima.
3. Elite is not Laima, nor Leema. When Fromchenko made aliyah, he started a new business in Eretz Israel.

Move this page to Strauss Group

Makes more sense to have this page redirect to Strauss Group and the other way around, as per the name of the company. So the page names mirrors the company’s name

Consistency needed for company name

The article says the company renamed globally as Strauss, but the international section makes multiple references to the old name, Strauss – Elite. Should that not also be just Strauss? Timtempleton (talk) 15:56, 29 March 2017 (UTC)

Strauss (company) → Strauss Group – If Strauss had no other meaning than this company, it would be the perfect name. However, Strauss is a common name. Strauss Group also defines the company well and is still short enough. It should be preferred over Strauss (company) since eliminating the need for disambiguation in the title. gidonb (talk) 16:26, 15 December 2018 (UTC)

• Support - 10-k report [[1]] and news coverage [[2]] use Strauss Group Ltd, but we don't always use Ltd or Inc unless absolutely necessary, per WP:NCCORP. So I'm good with Strauss Group, and a lede that goes like this:
