This stub appears to have a history of POV issues, the most recent of which surrounds this companies voluntary administration / receivership / whatever you wish to call it and its subsequent bailout by a Mr Tony Hakim. Considering the company is still traded on the Australian Stock Exchange[1] I doubt the current directors could be involved in the level of corruption and fraud suggested in this article.
I would suggest the Tony Hakim bashing be removed.
