 Not done: that template is in a format used for edit notices. If you wanted to use it on the article itself, then a new version would be needed that uses {{ambox}} — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 07:51, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

@MSGJ: Why can it not be used on a regular article? There's nothing in the format that states it can only be used in edit notices. Besids, that template is in the middle of an RM discussion to rename it for general purpose. -- Alex^TW 08:02, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Article message boxes - all article message boxes use ambox for consistent styling. Apart from that there should probably be a discussion to see if we want a message like this cluttering an article.
