Relevance/Notability

Disregarding the instant reaction that this should not be an article, I have to ask what in the world makes this article notable enough to be standalone. There is hardly enough substance to make this any more than start class. There is no way to maintain this article past a certain point because it is so heinously niche. While I understand your perspective, comparing tornado emergencies to mesoscale discussions is apples to oranges. Tornado emergencies are noted for their immediate public safety risks, contributing to their widespread public attention and notability. Tornado emergencies were declared 30 times between 1999-2019, with each declaration triggering significant national news coverage due to the potential for catastrophic damage.

On the other hand, mesoscale discussions, while important within meteorological circles, are technical weather discussions with less immediate public impact. For example, the Storm Prediction Center issues hundreds of mesoscale discussions each year. Their sheer frequency and less direct public impact makes them less notable for a general audience. Niching down the mesoscale discussions to ones like 329 don't make them more notable, they just increase their novelty.

Though meso-gamma discussions may be rare, their overall impact and reach does not compare to tornado emergencies, which diminishes their notability. Consequently, it seems more logical to include mesoscale discussions within broader articles on meteorology, providing contextual information and appeal to a more general audience, instead of a niche, specialized group.
