I believe this page is redundant and can be merged with one of the larger pages focusing on companies with shares / stock. As this article talks about "stock" I would assume it has a place on the Incorporation (business) page i.e. US focused. D51386 (talk) 11:30, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
- @D51386: - I redirected to Joint-stock company. I believe one can file incorporation papers without ever issuing shares of stock. Wbm1058 (talk) 02:17, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
