It looks like this guy was a CT (crypto tech) before he became a MCPO. Somebody should research it and add it to the article. I don't have the time right now. Lou Sander (talk) 00:40, 21 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

It kind of already mentions it: "completing cryptologic technician technical training", "an analyst with the Advanced Maritime Analysis Cell", "reported to Navy Information Operations Command Fort Gordon, Georgia as the Fleet Cryptologic Augmentation Center Division Chief", "became Command Master Chief at Navy Information Operations Command Colorado, earning the Information Dominance Warfare designation", and "served as force master chief for Navy Information Dominance Forces."
