Just a stub to start. Feel free to work on this one. Keith Henson (talk) 23:25, 12 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Long quote from Smithsonian magazine.

I doubt they care, but if they do I can either cut the quote down or paraphrase it. Keith Henson (talk) 22:54, 26 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Treatment of Critique in Old Pueblo Archaeology

edit

I changed non-archaeologist to historian because Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and for that reason does not identify people's professions by negatives, such as non-historian, non-chemist, non-scientist, non-archaeologist, etc. Also, including details of Koblitz's argument seems to me excessive, see WP:UNDUE. However, since another editor seems insistent on including more detail, at least the argument should be presented in a way that's faithful to the source rather than in a misquoted remark taken out of context. So I corrected the sentence so that it adheres to the source and put it in the proper context from the source. NightHeron (talk) 02:15, 9 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
