In view of the warning at WP:ELNEVER that This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright., I wonder whether it is obvious that the uploader of this video had the right to do so? It doesn't seem so to me. The advice I have is that if you cannot validate the identity, then linking to the video there is not acceptable.Richard Pinch (talk) 13:42, 8 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
