Do we have any references on this subject that cover any material other than "he was on a stamp?" The article makes other claims about him that are uncited, and he was chosen as a subject for a stamp when he was quite young, not for any later accomplishments. There's an attempt at a reference here, but this doesn't appear to meet WP:GNG. SDY (talk) 00:51, 18 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Being on a stamp makes him notable.
The reference in Stamps as given is the source for all that is said except the year of birth. (It says 1922, and that was later changed by someone else.) Look up the magazine, or some other contemporary publication from the area.
It is highly unlikely that he is still alive in a country where life expectancy is generally very low. Eclecticology (talk) 04:45, 18 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
