While anti-slavery activism is a good thing, the section describing it may not adhere to the required impartial tone due to being primarily written from Baird's perspective. A greater emphasis on secondary sources with content not derived from interviews and quotations may improve the tone of the secion while continuing to describe the highlights. - @Alpha3031 keen to achieve the goal of neutrality of tone. I was guided by wiki articles like Wikipedia:Interviews which recommends using interviews to source some facts.
