Inaccuracies
There is no such thing as a positive stereotype. There are so-called "benign stereotypes" which involve positive traits; however it is always untrue that an entire group shares any trait, good or bad. All stereotyping stands in the way of understanding and appreciating the complexity of real people. FigureArtist (talk) 00:18, 1 February 2013 (UTC)
suggestions
This article takes a very interesting appoarch on how you address different stereotype groups in United States. I think that you should use real life situations that have occured or relate to a particular stereotype group. The examples that you have used when it comes tv shows is a good appoach because what we sometimes see is what we believe we do not know any better. I think that you can also address how stereotypes is depeicted in media and how is plays a role in people's opinon about ethic groups. The section where you talk about social groups I think that you should address more social groups and address how these socail groups are in high schools.
