Possible conflict of interest edit

Since this was mainly edited by User:Smuggleton, I assume that user is the topic of the article. While certainly the best source of information on himself, and the contribution seems well-meaning, Wikipedia:Conflict of interest guidelines request that people not write about themselves, and that third-party biographical contributors provide citations for their contributions. I hate to erase the text added by smuggleton, but technically it probably should be done. -Agyle 09:04, 6 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Seems a little silly that this was raised in this manner. The user should have declared a COI but is not prevented from writing the article per se. As Agyle points out - the vest person is the person themselves. The information contained does not appear to be POV nor incorrect and I have added refs and checked the details. As far as I can see everything is ok. Chaosdruid (talk) 02:33, 8 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
