For the most part, this statue stood in relative obscurity. Once the optics question was raised, it was briefly in the news, then removed. It's now back in relative obscurity.
I'm having trouble imagining significant content here that is not already in -- or could not be added to -- Kate Smith. As it currently stands -- one sentence with a single source -- it should, at best, be a draft.
