Talk:Starstrider

I was the team captain in one episode of this show - it aired September 1985. There was another round not listed here, but can't remember where in the show it took place. Two team members were put in a pair of big trousers which forced them to walk together like in a three-legged race (the official explanation was that they had been "mutated together" or something). They then had to negotiate a set made up to look like an alien landscape with rocks, webs, dry ice smoke, and generally uneven terrain, as quickly as possible. While doing this they had to carry a large (polystyrene) rock covered in flashing lights, which would groan electronically if tilted. There was a time penalty each time the rock groaned. I did this round, but not the Grunderhunter. My team came third. Out of three. MatthewPetty 14:28, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
