"(except footwear - which is required)"
"Men must be completely naked."

Strikes me as a contradiction. And it seems silly for a place set apart for people to be nude to insist that people can only be nude from the ankle up. Even if there's a reason for it (e.g. broken glass hazard), there ought to be a solution (e.g. serving all drinks in plastic cups).

Just looked at the website, wondering how keeping your money works at that place. I see they do wrist wallets. Hmm....

One day I'd love to go somewhere where you can be completely nude from head to hand and foot. How does the monetary aspect of the SchwabenQuellen wristbands work exactly? Maybe a similar system can be incorporated into UV handstamps.... -- ClosetNaturist 20:37, 3 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Still accurate?

Does this club even exist now? All the 5 external links in the article are currently broken, including "official website". --Jonik (talk) 23:08, 19 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

The last I heard was that it was under new management. But their Yahoo! Group seems to have vanished. I think we can assume it's closed. Is it even notable? There's no mention of the history of the club - it's moved venues several times for example. AnemoneProjectors 01:03, 20 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
I think it is notable because it was "a first". I have a link to the former event and have comprehensibly re-edited the article to reflect the history of Starkers!. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.115.86.54 (talk) 20:45, 29 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
That's certainly the history as I remember it - I started going to the Vauxhall venue, and I enjoyed the Shoreditch venue a lot before moving to the final venue - but I don't remember the London Bridge venue - where was that? Anyway I do think it probably is notable now. –AnemoneProjectors11:55, 31 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
There's no indication online that the club has existed since the dates given in the article, the most recent of which is 2012. I suggest that we change the text of the article into the past tense to reflect this. -- Polly Tunnel (talk) 12:24, 11 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
