  • In Early life, suggest giving his full name, as it is not cited anywhere.
  • I'm not convinced about the initial caps on Inner West
It is the proper name of a region in Sydney.
  • "Subsequent reports indicate that it was at first thought that Allum" begs the question who thought that? This sentence is a little convoluted as well.
Clarified and tweaked – see what you think.
  • it isn't clear how far Gibbs had to swim. Do we know?
Unfortunately not.
  • "according to the historian Marion Hebblethwaite
  • suggest "ToWith much support"
Have retained the "to" here, as I think "with" would alter the tense – that is, Jarvie's suggestion received much support after it was raised.
  • once we've established Jarvie was mayor, he should just be Jarvie thereafter per WP:SURNAME
  • suggest "Issy Smith VC" to make clear the reason there were two heroes
  • "and was initially posted"
Given the earlier "was" and the flow of the sentence, I'm not sure this one is necessary.
  • St Lives should be St Ives
Whoops. Thanks for picking that up.
  • not sure why neurosis is in scares
Scares? Do you mean the quotation marks? If so, "neurosis" is the term used in the source without any further details given, yet seems to have previously covered a whole gamut of disorders. I thought it safer to denote the term as a quote.
  • the Huon Peninsula was not in Papua New Guinea at the time, just New Guinea (Territory of New Guinea)
  • 2nd AIF should be introduced before the initialisation is used
2nd AIF is noted in parentheses in the previous paragraph.
  • there is something odd with the placement of the hyphens in two of the 13-digit ISBNs, 978 are usually together. Needs checking.
  • the infobox pic and Issy Smith one need a US licence

That's me done, just placing on hold for these comments to be addressed. Cheers, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 05:51, 30 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
