Translation of text of Radkiewicz's order wrt to PSL from Ryszard Terlecki "Miecz i Tarcza Komunizmu", Wydawnictwo Literackie, 2007:

In regard to this I order the directors of local UB offices to, in greatest secrecy, ready an action designated to liquidate activists of these parties (PSL - my comment), and it should be organized so that it can be blamed on reactionary bands. For the purposes of the action the special paramilitary units created in the summer of last year should be used. The action should be acompanied by a press campaign directed against terrorist bands, which will be held responsible for these deeds.

Terlecki's test following the quote: In this way, in accordance with the tradition of the political system which just got installed in Poland, the minister of "security" was ordering his subordinates to carry out an action of murdering activists of the legal opposition party.
