I've been told by wikipedia admins to create internal links, instead of using links to the data on other websites. They say that others will eventually add the material. Redirecting to the general article on the town of Wagrowiec will never add material suitable to the Historical States project article for Standesamt Wongrowitz. I would rather you put it up for deletion. The Standesamt series of articles will probably never be filled in. They were started because the data was available, an audience exists, but wikipedia is not a workable channel to get this specific material to the audience. There was an initial hierarchy to be used (Kingdom > Province > Kreis > Standesamt > Town/Village). That heirarchy was too ambitious for wikiPedia and it will be lucky if the even the Kreis articles mature on the English wikipedia (they are doing well on the German wikipedia). That heirarchy *is* used on a specialty wiki and is doing very weill. If you mark this for deletion, I'll make a note and do the other Standesamt articles as they come up.
