The church was the second only to the collegiate chuch (now the Cathedral) in the city centre, and must have looked very impressive - as indeed it still does today

It is believed that Sir Christopher Wren was involved in its design. Delete - who believes this?

Between the marketand the collegiate church?

"The church was an impressive building and although it stood between the market and the collegiate church, both towers could be seen from all directions" what is this sentence supposed to mean? First of all, it's not true as the market was in Market Place just next to the Old Shambles between the two churches and secondly, what does the postion of the market have to do with the view of the church towers anyway? As it's not referenced I intend to remove it unless anyone has any objections. Richerman (talk) 23:17, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
