For this subject please refer to doi:10.1126/science.abj2949. This might be an explanation, why there are similarities between comb jellies (Ctenophora) and other (higher) animals regarding the nervous system, although these two groups are not closely related. --Ernsts (talk) 16:42, 6 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
