notion of "increased function" edit

thalassemia and spherocytosis should probably be under extramedually haematopoiesis: these congenital anaemias cause splenomegaly because of EH, not increased demand for splenic RBC removal. any thoughts?

Cause: Genetic conditions edit

Splennomegaly is also observed in genetic conditions such as Hemochromatosis & Porphyria Cutanea Tarda. Would I be able to add a general ref. to these? If so where is best, in the table? -User:NeilTraynor 30 April 2012 —Preceding undated comment added 14:56, 29 April 2012 (UTC).Reply
