"Overview" section is not a common view edit

The Overview section isn't really an overview. It looks more like simply the statement of results of one paper. The paper seems to take the POV of a zero-risk-tolerant government agency.

Some of the things in that list imply things that aren't really necessary or related to construction.

The article as a whole is generally scattered and uncited. Much of the uncited stuff is indeed dubious too (rather than "reliable, but without a citation yet").

For example, the "Traditional Way" given suggests a no-buildup method yet doesn't mention the "captured asteroid". "Captured Asteroid" is (my understanding of) the key difference between early and modern construction concepts. The whole (uncited) section is dubious.

Misdirected reference edit

Reference number two should go to http://gassend.net/publications/ExponentialTethers.pdf rather than gassend.com etc. Unfortunately, I don't know how to edit a reference list.--209.7.195.158 (talk) 15:49, 30 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
