editIs this topic notable? The phrase "space-filling tree" in this sense was created in a 2009 tech report. It was never peer reviewed. It was never cited by any other paper (according to CiteSeer). And the phrase itself doesn't appear to have ever been used in this sense in any paper, website, or anywhere else, other than Wikipedia and its mirrors. At least as far as I can tell with Google and CiteSeer. The only other hits were for unrelated uses of the term. So is this page notable enough to be a Wikipedia article?
