Sp. z o.o. casing

I see that the article uses the upper case for "Sp." (as in Spółka) even in the middle of the sentence, though the most most correct way would probably be to write it with the lowercase (it's also what Polish Wikipedia uses), especially in the middle of the sentence. Generally the name "Sp." can technically only be written when it's treated as a part of company name, though both forms are still common in regular use. Since the article is describing generic term though, should I change all the instances of "Sp. z o.o." in the middle of the sentence to "sp. z o.o."?
