Poorly sourced promotional tone edit

This article has too much promotional content. The section on "International partner institutions" is massively bloated, and WP:UNDUE weight. Listing so many organizations without any context or nuance also violates WP:NOT. The use of flag icons further exaggerates the significance of these arrangements, which are common among many, many schools. The section is unsupported by any WP:SECONDARY sources, which would establish context or relevance. Considering the article's past history of copyright violations and promotional additions, the recent activity of a handful of WP:SPA accounts is clear indications of a conflict of interest.
