While I'm not the author of this page, I don't know that it qualifies as advertising. I do think that in its current state it is likely a copyright violation of http://www.sccnc.edu/presidentmessage.htm

I do think that this page could be taken down to a stub without the copyright issues with requests for expansion - see Chattanooga State Technical Community College among other community colleges (that was just the first one I knew off off the top of my head -I'm sure there are more). The original author just copied and pasted that - if you look now, I've taken it out, and taken it down to stub status and added that tag. I'm going to leave a note on the original author's talk page offering to help them expand it properly without the copyright violations. Lcarscad (talk) 02:57, 11 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
