Talk:South Jutland County

The term South Jutland is a misleading translation - As Sydjylland (=South Jutland)in da. is the common way of referring to the southernmost part of Nørrejylland (Northern Jutland), ie not this county which is the northernmost part of Sønderjylland (Southern Jutland - sama as the duchy of Slesvig/Schleswig). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.184.140.180 (talk) 16:24, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Danish Workers' and Soldiers' Councils edit

This paragrapg is a notable part of post-WW1 history of Northern Schleswig. Language is not a reason of revert. If something is unclear, ask for clarification. The reference cited contains a more detailed text. - Altenmann >talk 21:08, 5 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

If text is expressed sufficiently poorly it is difficult to specify individual elements for clarification, though I've made attempts as to what may be intended. I'll note that it is not just errors in language use but the numerous typos in your article text, edit summary and the text above indicate a need to exercise more care. As South Jutland was not part of Denmark at the time, the Danish cartoon is neither about S Jutland or people from S Jutland, so is not pertinent to this article. Caricature: After a careful reading of the source, I see that the caricature dates 1917 and it ridicules the idea of W/S Councils in Denmark, so I agree it does not belong here. May be in the section of the history of Social Democrats (Denmark) or Frederik Borgbjerg [da], of course, if reasonable text will be found. But I did like the funny picture :-)- Altenmann >talk 23:56, 5 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
