  • I have done a light copy edit. Please check and flag up anything you are unhappy with.
  • "The South Australian Adelaide Lancer and mounted rifle militia units were merged into the South Australian Mounted Rifles in 1895." Do you mean 'were merged to become the...'?
  • "mostly composed of men who had served in the local defence force". Is there a possible link to "local defence force"?
  • "In these operations, the company helped to guard the railway line from De Aar to the Modder River." Should "In" be either 'during' or 'after'?
  • Does "with a mainly South Australian mixed volunteer group" mean what it says, or do you mean 'mainly SAMR...'?
  • Rephrased. Only South Australians there were the SAMR. Kges1901 (talk) 17:24, 23 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
  • "providing reconnaissance for the army of Frederick Roberts". I think that it would be normal to give Roberts' rank rather than just his name.

Really good work. A nice article. Gog the Mild (talk) 17:11, 23 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

I should assess your GANs more frequently. They are easy on the assessor. Gog the Mild (talk) 18:05, 23 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
