Altough the use of pigeons maybe came officailly public in 2007, it was well known before, maybe by people's experiences. I read about this some years ago in a National Geographic magazine. It should also be noted that Nazi trained hawks by falconeers to get the pigeons down. Also to be noted as I heard Blenhim's on photo reconassiance used homing pigeons to send details about what they had intercepted. The airforce also used to have a pigeon loft to train these pigeons. instructions in flemish and dutch ? edit

flemish and dutch are the same language.
just slightly different pronunchiation(sp?) and accent.
written it stays the same. so flemish is really redundant.

Well, the source says: "...detailed instructions in French, Flemish or Dutch on how to fill in a report", so we have to go with that. Sandstein 07:08, 26 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
