Throughout his career he served as a police superintendent in Barrackpore, Howrah, and Murshidabad uses an Oxford comma, but the rest of the article doesn't
Infobox spells the city he was born in "Calcutta", while the body spells it "Kolkata". I don't know what the guidance is on Indian place names like these, but it should be consistent
