This really does not deserve to be a separate page in its own right, no matter how you look at it. SOS 2428 is the same specimen as JME-SOS 2428, even according to David Peters himself. David Peters is the original (and so far as I know, only) source to suggest that this pterosaur had "shrunken" wings and might have been flightless. If anyone knows of a published source outside of this guy's personal blog that makes similar claims, something that's actually suitable for a Wikipedia reference, I would be happy to see it because all my attempts to that end have failed. Everything I can find online about it being flightless is based on Peters's research. Other, more reputable researchers disagree with Peters after performing their own research.
JME-SOS 2428 hails from the Solnhofen Formation. It is considered a specimen of Ardeadactylus. If anything, Peters's claims about flightlessness could be mentioned on the page for Ardeadactylus, similar to how Peters's claims about Jeholopterus being vampiric are kept on the page for Jeholopterus. 209.136.39.130 (talk) 14:57, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
