Same Same... I didn't found here any relevant information. Actually the whole Soros Fund is quite secretive. No person that is spending his time on wikipedia would know anything relevant about Soros Fund Management.
The main issue is where is this located???

Quantumfundsonline ?

This sentence looks like written by someone who is either drunk or does not speak english. I doubt quantumfundsonline.com has anything to do with Soros, or might not be legitimate at all.
