Since the terrorist references are appropriately cited, they are appropriate for this article. However, I think it is unnecessary to refer to terrorists and terrorism 3 times in such a short article. I would suggest combining a couple perhaps by merging the initial and final Interpol references to something like... Thillaiyampalam Sivanesan (Tamil: தில்லையாம்பலம் சிவனேசன்), also known by his nom de guerre Colonel Soosai, Sera Osca, Makkal Thilakam is a Sri Lankan Tamil militant who is wanted by Interpol for his terrorist activities.[1] He is the head of the Sea Tigers, the naval wing of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, which is banned as a terrorist organization by a number of countries including the United States, Canada, India and the 27 member European Union.[2][3][4] He was originally the Special Commander of the Sea Tigers when they were created in 1991, but took over as Commander after the killing of the original commander, Gangai Amaran, by commandos of the Sri Lankan Army.[5] Along with Pottu Amman, Soosai is the LTTE's senior most military leader after Velupillai Prabhakaran.[citation needed]

References are not enough to call some one as terrorist. On which basis should be clarified.SAR23 15:46, 25 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
