Factual accuracy of claims to have pioneered/invented motorized wheelchairs edit

The article presently states He developed an electronic control unit for motorized wheelchair seat lifting mechanism (without a reliable source to boot), and also claims Through his research, he developed a low cost smart motorized wheelchair electronic control unit.[3] Developed low cost smart electronic control unit is having the auto cutoff facility for high temperature and auto wake up, when the system get cooled. With the inbuilt battery management system, rechargeable battery is charged through the calculated current and thus safeguard the batteries of the Motorized wheelchair. Dual interface option is available; one is smartphone connected system[10] and second is by joystick. - however all these features have been standard on motorized wheelchairs, at least in the west, since the last decade - as evinced by product catalogues. I'm going to wp:boldly remove these claims from the article for the time being, and would appreciate a closer look if this article even meets GNG. I was going to look into notability, but unfortunately I'm no good for verifying the sources used in the article. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 16:21, 26 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
At least 2 of the sources were pretty garbage (ISROSET papers), as they were published by a predatory journal. I'm afraid I'm going to have to defer reviewing the non-english sources until I can reach out to someone who can read it, but the google translated text isn't very promising. FWIW, I've tagged the creator of this article for an SPI at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/BhaskerDeepak , after a very suspicious series of edits by a single purpose account came back to restore the article to the previous state. Both the creator and this new account have only ever edited this page, or it's AfD, so I can't help but feel that some funny business is going on.
