"Imbriciter" in the 1825 dictionary edit

For anyone looking into the background of the Latin word "imbriciter" and not finding it Latin; it's a unique spelling - either a new misspelling in 1825 or else an other-wise unrecorded spelling from when Latin was turning into Romanian.

The intended Latin word is almost certainly Imbricitor, Imbricitoris - One who causes rain showers. Ikmxx (talk) 06:37, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
