Talk:Solar eclipse of May 29, 1919

Poor God edit

I read an anecdote about Einstein once, where he was asked what he would have done had the obsevations of the eclipse been different by those predicted by his theories, and he answered he would have pittied our dear God, for messing up, because the theory is correct. I can't seem to trace it, nor do I know if it is real or fake. Could someone help me out on this one?

I remember reading something similar. If you find a source, it would be good to add to wikiquotes [[1]]. Tom Ruen (talk) 04:34, 16 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Today I added an introduction section at the top of the page and i deleted the previous one. I also added a title to the physical observations section. Elexis-Wohlgemuth (talk) 16:40, 12 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Today I added a few sentences into the connection to The Theory of Relativity section and then will be going through and cleaning up the whole page to make sure it reads fluent to reader. I will also be checking for grammatical errors.Elexis-Wohlgemuth (talk) 13:57, 19 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Today I am going to add more detail to the early attempts to prove section under related eclipses.KFluh (talk) 20:41, 29 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
