There is some useful information here, and I believe this article belongs on Wikipedia. However, there are way too many direct external links on the page and only one reference used in the entire article. I have removed the section titled Hyderabad IT Industry recent developments as it contained no content, just links to various press releases. If someone believes that those press releases contain information relevant to this article, they should follow the links (look in the article's history) and summarize the relevant info, citing the links as references. But I don't think Wikipedia should be used simply as a link aggregator.
