Layout, cites, etc. edit

I have unilaterally made some layout changes, per my understanding of WP:GTL. If you strongly disagree with anything I've done, feel free to revert it.

I noticed that the SWS website (now) appears in both the References and External links sections. The GTL says that the External references contains links not cited as references in the text, but I can see value in listing an important link such as this prominently in the External links section even though it is cited in the text. Possibly this question should be raised with the keepers of the GTL.

I'm tempted to introduce citation templates to the article, but I see that [[WP:CITET] says:

The use of Citation templates is not required by WP:CITE and is neither encouraged nor discouraged by any other Wikipedia citation guidelines. They may be used at the discretion of individual editors, subject to agreement with the other editors on the article. Some editors find them helpful, while other editors find them annoying, particularly when used inline in the text. Because they are optional, editors should not change articles from one style to the other without consensus.
