The route of the line has been mapped on OpenStreetMap, by railway history enthusiasts, as accurately as remaining visible traces of the line permit. Some stretches of line are poorly located due to dense vegetation.

The Vicicongo line is visible as a dotted line (disused railway) on the OSM map for zoom level 15 and upward.
