Ranks 65–73 edit

At the moment these all seem to be one out from the start ranks at [1]. I think this is because John Parrott has quit the tour because there is no 65 on the list, but I don't know if this is a mistake by World Snooker or whether it's a quirk in the system. To all intents and purposes the 66th ranked player will be seeded 65th, but if that's only their seeding as opposed to their official ranking it would be wrong to put that in their profiles. Parrott was relegated from the tour as he didn't finish inside the top 64 on the two year list, the top 8 on the one year list and hadn't become a wild-card. If we correct the rankings, than it would look funny (where's the 65th ranked player?). Armbrust Talk Contribs 13:29, 5 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Update edit

Hi, I keep checking this page for the updated rankings from the PTC events and now that the Shanghai Masters is under way it would be most useful please. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 157.203.254.2 (talk) 08:48, 7 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

The official rankings will be updated after the EPT2. Until then this page can't be updated. Armbrust Talk Contribs 10:38, 7 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Confused edit

What do the Revisions mean. Is revision 4 the actual rankings or is revision 1 the actual rankings? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.24.184.41 (talk) 13:31, 17 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

None of them is the actual ranking. Article contains the rankings, which were used for the seeding of tournaments. If it would contain every official ranking, than 20 revisions would be included (after every minor-ranking and ranking tournament of the season.
