Movie based on Alexie short story edit
Which story is it? The first paragraph has two separate citations, "The Lone Ranger and Tonto..." and "This is what it means to say...". Are they both the source? One or the other? As it stands, it is confusing. -- BlueCanoe 06:26, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
- The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven refers to the short story collection that What It Means to Say Phoenix, Arizona was in. I haven't read the entire collection but it may be that parts of other stories from the collection are part of the film but for the most part it's based on What It Means... Does that answer your question? -- Nivenus 17:44, 03 November 2006 (UTC)
Box Office? edit
Anyone know how much it made? On IMBd it said it made $6,719,300 in its first four months in 1998. Making it a success after a 2 million dollar budget. But I am guessing it made more since then in DVDs, anyone know?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.105.209.231 (talk) 10:17, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Character descriptions edit
I deleted all the character descriptions. They were trivial, and in some instances wrong. They were poorly worded, and not relevant to an encyclopedic article.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.226.139.9 (talk) 21:33, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
