It's a cold sandwich with three slices of bread and any number of meats. A reuben is a hot sandwich with two slices of bread, and only pastrami, or occasionally corned beef or turkey. I removed a Glide Magazine source that appears to have been stripped of its content by the publisher, and for which I can't locate an archived version. If they fix their issues on their end, we may be able to reincorporate them:
