From reading the article it seems that WP:NCBC did indeed drop the ball on this. It's not a network or a channel, but really a provider. I've checked an similar Israeli one I know for sure what it is, and it too is not helpful (Yes (Israel). --Gonnym (talk) 11:08, 4 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
Oppose It is a pay television provider such as Sky UK, Sky Ireland, Sky Deutschland and Sky Italy. The only difference is that the above are the largest satellite TV providers in their respective countries and Sky Spain is a young provider and offers pay television through the Internet, with its decoder or through its website or mobile application, where you can play Spanish pay-TV channels or video on demand content in Spanish, obviously it's a Spanish television provider. If the names of the articles of the Sky divisions in their countries are Sky + Country, why are we going to change it here? It does not make any sense. --Carlitoscarlos (talk) 15:18, 5 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

I removed the list of channels available there. It's against WP:NOTDIR, and similar lists of channels available on a multichannel service have been discouraged after following discussions, all citing that rule.
