Hello. I don't think this singular park needs its own article. What are the arguments for it? I can understand that it might be qualified of its own page on the Danish Wikipedia- perhaps - but not on the English.
If Skanseparken is qualified of its own page, then so is a plethora of other small parks in Aarhus. This could evolve into a mess. If Skanseparken (or other small parks in Aarhus) needs to be described, it will be best to make a collective page for them and then describe the parks in individual sections.
