Introduction

This first section was can be used as introductory paragraphs, so I moved it up to the introduction section. Keep in mind this is just a suggested edit. Expert help: what is needed

I did tidying up (e.g. references etc), but I am not knowledgeable in this area.

Could an expert check that the information is correct?

Also, I've put the Tinsley (2000) in "Further reading", as there was no mention in the article itself.

Content Gaps & Suggestions

Overall, a good start for an article. I have a couple suggestions:

First, in the first section, titled 'Contrasting strong and weak situations,' the only content is an example of a strong and a weak situation. There needs to be more definition of what those are and the difference between them. These will be elaborated more in the future, but they need to be well defined right there at the beginning. There were also no citations, there should be some indicating where the information being included is coming from.

Second, in the 'Modern conceptualization and empirical verification' section, I think the four facets should be put into their own section and discussed at length. These are important componenets of what indicates situational strength, and should each be elaborated on more to give the reader more clarity about them. Moreover, the definitions that exist for them need to be cited.
