Sirimavo Bandaranaike Vidyalaya is a leading girl school in Sri Lanka, which is ranked among the best five girls schools of the country and considered as one of the best public education institutions of the country. Names after the first lady prime minister of the world, the school always carries the dignity of late Madame Sirimavo Bandaranaike and the students from the school have proved their excellence in various fields (including academic and sports) both in national and international level.
As a past student of the college I came across that a Wikipedia article does not exsit for the school and I thouroughly believe it is my duty to develop an article of my school. So that it would be useful and recognized internationally, when even a student from Sirimavo Bandaranaike Vidyalaya has proven thier excellence.(TiliniS (talk) 21:54, 15 November 2009 (UTC))Reply
